Live Bodybuilding Talk Show Tonight

    Good show last night. Glad to have you back. Thanks for answering my question about there being any other members of your family who are into bodybuilding. Didn't mean to get personal, I just think you're a great guy, and wanted to know more about you. You mentioned just before you went off the air that you take creatine with a protein shake as a post workout drink. I thought that creatine was suppose to be taken a half hour to 1 hour before a workout to give you that extra boast when working out which is how I use it. I take L-Glutamine with a high protein drink as a post workout refuel recovery. What's the benefit in taking creatine after a workout? You look great Lee! Keep up the good work. You're an inspiration to us all.

  2. Creatine will get absorbed better after a workout. But it really doesn't matter when you take it, as long as you take it. Once your body’s creatine levels get topped up then you reap the benefits creatine has to offer.
