Back Workout Exercises - Part 1

This is a back workout that myself and my girlfriend Trish did on Aug. 18, 2009. The workout is split over 2 videos. This video here is the first part of the back workout. The second part of the workout will be in a later video.

  4. Lee great stuff man. Question for you. Do you ever do weighted pull ups? Ya know like weighted dips.

  5. The sound is working fine on my end. You should check your settings on your computer to make sure everything is ok.

  6. I usually just do bodyweight pull ups and bang out more total reps and sets. I find that works the best for me.
