  1. Thanks for your info on cardio & fat lose. That is my biggest concern right & it has been for quite some time. I have about 20 left to lose then I'll concentrate on building more muscle. I'm in no rush. 1 - 2 pounds a week is just fine w me. A good exercise routine & proper nutritional habits are whats important in achieving your goals. Thanks for your guidence Lee. Great show.
