Back Workout Exercises - Part 2

  3. No, no, it's the other way around... the bar has to watch out for the c*&k, real men have an iron rod and feel no pain... LOL

  4. Lee I noticed that you did multiple sets of each exercise for a set amount of reps. My understanding is that you were going for sets of 10? I am just curious as to your thoughts on this style of training as opposed to the H.I.T training style championed by Mike Mentzer and then Dorian Yates. Why should someone train your way and not theirs?

  5. I have recently started employing the HIT method after reading Mike Mentzer's book and that Dorian Yates used the same principles. Dorian is one of the greatest bodybuilders ever, so there has to be some merit to it because he certainly put on a great deal of muscle using this system.
