Complete Shoulder Workout Routine
This is a complete shoulder workout routine that targets all 3 heads of the deltoids. Seated dumbbell presses for overall mass, then side lateral raises to isolate the side deltoids, bent over dumbbell flyes to hit the rear deltoids and upper back, then do plate raises for front deltoids, and finish up with Bradford presses to really burn out the shoulders.

great workout lee, good detail and variety. it's all individual exercises we've heard of before, but now put into an actual workout form.
ReplyDeleteJust a quick question, would we just do the one set of each exercise for this workout, or would we do 2-3 sets on each?
Good warm-up exercises for Winter Month upperbody core heavy lifting. But; I have a question of opinion, What's your take on the reverse grip bench press ...(palms facing the chin)???

ReplyDeleteYour conspicuous knowledge, longanimity, visceral wisdom and training submit made for a grapheme aggregation with lots of techniques which were leisurely to see and do . We had a lot of breeding which was noise gambler as it allowed us to mingle reach the system that we stodgy. I perception presumptuous to practicing what I learned.
