How To Make A Post Workout Protein Drink

This is one of my favorite post workout protein drinks.

Mix up the following in the blender...
- 2 cups of low fat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of creatine powder (5 grams)
- 2-3 scoops of whey protein powder
- 1 cup of frozen berries / frozen fruit

This is a great source of fast digesting protein and simple carbs which is ideal to have right after a hard weight training workout.

    I was wondering. Since i have to gain weight, can i use full cream milk instead?
