New Video - Quick And Easy High Protein Breakfast

This is a quick and easy high protein breakfast favoirte of mine. Oatmeal, oat bran, cream of wheat, ground flax seeds, and whey protein.It only takes a few minutes to make and it will get your day started off right.

  1. I liked this breakfast, it added some variety to my morning menu, I used olive oil instead of flax seed though. What about a recipe for some kind of bars? I mean something I can bring with me to the office, more than just a snack.
