3 Shoulder Workout Exercises
This is a video of a shoulder workout that I did with Vince DelMonte while we were working out at the Las Vegas Athletic Club. We did underhand curl grip shoulder presses, wide grip up right rows, and curl grip front raises.
P.S.
Also be sure to check out Vince's No-Nonsense Muscle Building Program. This is one of, if not the, most comprehensive muscle building programs that I've ever seen. If you are looking to be one of the guys who can go to the pool or beach and take your shirt off and turn heads because of the killer shape you are in, then this is the program I'd recommend to help you get there.

Afternoon Lee,
ReplyDeleteI see that you and Vince are taking over the gym, other memenbers stand around watching you both as I am with my son, I show him all your video tips.
Question? The Arnold DB press. Does it work the whole shoulder area and how come it has gotten so much attention?
Herc.
i'm no professional weight lifter to any degree, but y'all seem like you're going way too fast. your whole body moves with it, and, especially with these variations that try to work smaller muscle groups, it just seems like your jerkiness isn't isolating anything. it would seem like controlling the weight should be more of an emphasis.
ReplyDeleteThose are great shoulder workouts. My shoulders are so freakin' sore right now.
ReplyDeleteI have a video about the Arnold Press posted up at:

Hey Guys,
ReplyDeleteNice shoulder variations there, but i was looking out for over all shoulder development exercises rather than exercises that seem to target the front delt more than the rest of the shoulder.
One more thing, the guy in black shirt in the background, is that Craig?
Yeah, that's Craig Ballantyne in the black shirt.
