I am doing work daily about 7-8 hours and then i go to gym at night. the problem is that i get fatigue from my work and due to it i cant apply my whole energy during work out. if i try to get energy from the food it inflate my stomach. I take protien powder of (Balance muscle technology- ion exchange protien WPI). it helps me but not that much. On the next day i feel laziness even after getting 9-10 hours sleep. I want that powder or some diet which help me long after my daily routine work so i can get good result during work out. another thing is i want to get some bulk on some particular part of body like on shoulders and on arms. if i will try some other powder like 50-50 protien carbohydrate it start collecting around my waist faster then my other part of body. i do lower abs exercise daily in the morning to keep my muscles tighten.
